Ergens in de Randstad zal Astoria Vastgoed een uniek hotel met 150 driesterren hotelkamers ontwikkelen: het Car & Driver Hotel – een hotel waar mens en auto tot rust kunnen komen. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een perfect toegeruste CAR Lounge, waar gasten hun auto kunnen parkeren. Het wordt tevens een plek waar autoliefhebbers en -verzamelaars hun klassieker voor langere periode kunnen stallen.
Met deze auto's zal zeer zorgvuldig worden omgegaan; alleen al daarom onderscheidt Car & Driver zich van de doorsnee stalling. De geplande autoshowroom maakt het plaatje compleet. Al met al wordt Car & Driver hét centrum in Nederland voor de automotive-branche, met ruimte voor (pers)presentaties van nieuwe auto’s, exclusieve klassiekertentoonstellingen, televisieprogramma’s en clubdagen van oldtimerverenigingen.
Ook wordt het een onmisbare etappeplaats in de talrijke autorally’s die Nederland rijk is. Het spreekt vanzelf dat het bovenal een tophotel wordt voor alle gasten uit binnen- en buitenland

Somewhere in the Randstad, Astoria Vastgoed will develop a unique hotel with 150 three star rooms: The Car & Drive Hotel – a hotel where man and car can come to rest. The ground floor features a perfectly equipped CAR Lounge, where guests can park their car, which will also be a place where car enthusiasts and collectors can showcase their classical cars for a longer period.
These cars will be handled with utmost care, and that's part of what sets Car & Driver apart from the ordinary car parking. The planned car show room completes the picture. All considered, Car & Driver is going to become the centre in the Netherlands for the automotive branch, with room for (press)conferences for new cars, exclusive classical car exhibits, tv programs, club days, and old timer associations.
It will also become an unmissable stopping place for the great number of car rallies in the Netherlands. It goes without saying that above all, it will be a top hotel for all guests from the Netherlands and beyond.
